Saturday, September 26, 2026, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm PST

Livestreaming on Zoom

This session will be recorded and available to all registrants for 7 days.

This workshop is designed for Pilates instructors with experience in rehab Pilates and healthcare professionals who want to expand their skills in working safely and effectively with hypermobile clients.

Hypermobility presents unique challenges in movement, stability, and proprioception. It requires a nuanced, educated approach to avoid reinforcing compensatory patterns or overstretching tendencies.

Through practical exercises, discussion of current research, and real-time teaching practice, participants will gain tools to help hypermobile clients build stability, control, and resilience. This course emphasizes Pilates principles, evidence-informed progression strategies, and trauma-aware teaching methods that promote joint integrity and long-term movement health.

Registration closes 24 hours prior to the start time of the workshop.  All sales final.  Paid participants will receive a video recording with access for one week for online workshops only.  Click button below to register OR purchase all 3 Synergy Series workshops and receive 20% OFF.
