Hypermobility presents unique challenges in movement, stability, and proprioception. It requires a nuanced, educated approach to avoid reinforcing compensatory patterns or overstretching tendencies.
Through practical exercises, discussion of current research, and real-time teaching practice, participants will gain tools to help hypermobile clients build stability, control, and resilience. This course emphasizes Pilates principles, evidence-informed progression strategies, and trauma-aware teaching methods that promote joint integrity and long-term movement health.
