• Educational materials
• Online courses and workshops
• Marketing and promotional content

I understand that:

• These materials may be used in digital or print formats, including paid and unpaid content
• I will not receive compensation
• My name may be used in connection with this content

I grant this permission for ongoing use and understand that these materials may be used in the future.

I release and discharge these entities from any claims related to the use of these images, recordings, or name.

This consent is voluntary and may be revoked in writing for future use.
