I grant permission to Melanie Byford-Young Education, Pacific Northwest Pilates, Therapeutic Pilates Solutions™, and any affiliated entities, programs, or brands to use my image, likeness, voice, and name in:

• Educational materials
• Online courses and workshops
• Marketing and promotional content

I understand that:

• These materials may be used in digital or print formats, including paid and unpaid content
• I will not receive compensation
• My name may be used in connection with this content

I grant this permission for ongoing use and understand that these materials may be used in the future.

I release and discharge these entities from any claims related to the use of these images, recordings, or name.
